Lady Gaga and Fiancé Michael Polansky Welcome Their First Child
A (baby) star is officially born! Pop icon Lady Gaga and her fiancé, Michael Polansky, have welcomed their first child together, according to multiple reports.
While the couple has yet to make a formal public announcement, recent photos published by Page Six captured the pair in Northern California, with Gaga spotted carrying the newborn in a sling. Further details regarding the baby’s name, birth date, or gender have not yet been released.

This marks the first child for both Gaga (born Stefani Germanotta) and Polansky.
A Quiet Relationship Milestone
The news caps off a major few years for the couple, who have kept parts of their personal life relatively private. Gaga and Polansky first sparked romance rumors around the start of 2020, making things Instagram-official that February. In subsequent interviews, the singer affectionately referred to him as “the love of my life.”
True to their low-key approach, the pair didn’t publicly announce their engagement in advance. Gaga casually referred to Polansky as her fiancé in July 2024 before confirming later that year on Jimmy Kimmel Live! that he had proposed during a rock-climbing trip following her birthday in April 2024.
“He actually — it was very Michael — asked me if he could ask me,” Gaga recalled on the show. “He wanted to know if it was OK to propose before he proposed. And I was like, ‘Yes, it’s so OK!’”
Gaga wrapped up her high-profile The Mayhem Ball tour in April and has maintained a relatively quiet public profile since, which now appears to have been spent welcoming their new addition. Reps for the singer have been reached for comment.
